within this pack are the 5 fundamental brainwaves tuned using binaural techniques. (USE HEADPHONES)

This project focuses on matching binaural beats with brainwave states to promote relaxation, focus, and other cognitive and emotional states. By researching brainwave frequencies and choosing binaural beat frequencies that match or complement them, I aim to create a targeted and effective approach for promoting specific mental and emotional states. Using EEG measurements and experimentation.

The fundamental brainwaves are the five different types of electrical patterns that can be observed in the brain, as measured by an electroencephalogram (EEG). These brainwaves are classified according to their frequency, which is the number of cycles per second (Hz) of the electrical activity in the brain. The five fundamental brainwaves, in order of frequency from lowest to highest, are:

Delta Waves (0.5-4 Hz): Delta waves are associated with deep sleep, unconsciousness, and are also observed in certain brain disorders.

Theta Waves (4-8 Hz): Theta waves are associated with meditation, relaxation, creativity, and visualization.

Alpha Waves (8-13 Hz): Alpha waves are associated with a relaxed state of wakefulness, meditation, and are often seen during creative activities.

Beta Waves (13-30 Hz): Beta waves are associated with active thinking, problem-solving, and focused attention. They are often seen during mental tasks and alert wakefulness.

Gamma Waves (30-100 Hz): Gamma waves are associated with high-level information processing, cognitive processing, and consciousness. They are also associated with meditation, enhanced perception, and learning.

It is important to note that these brainwaves are not distinct, and they often overlap and interact with each other. The relative balance and activity of these brainwaves can influence our cognitive, emotional, and behavioral states.
